Dick and Norma Sarn Perfusionist Award- 2023 Recognition Application

The Michigan Perfusion Society has established a Perfusionist recognition award program on behalf of Dick and Norma Sarns. Sarns heart lung machines helped open the door for open-heart surgery and it all started in Dick Sarns basement in Ann Arbor, MI. This award was first awareded to Daniel T. Zwada in 2011. The Society wishes to continue the presentation of this award at the annual summer meeting, by requesting nominations of deserving individuals in Perfusion as recognized by their peers.
