The Michigan Perfusion Society has established a Perfusionist recognition award program on behalf of Dick and Norma Sarns.  This award was first awarded to Daniel T. Zwada in 2011.  The Society wishes to continue the presentation of this award at the annual summer meeting, by requesting nominations of deserving individuals in Perfusion as recognized by their peers.  Please complete the form and submit via the MIPerfusion.org website.  Thank you very much for the nomination of an outstanding individual in Perfusion.  The award will be presented this summer via Zoom.   The deadline for this application will be June 01, 2023  and submitted through the Michigan Perfusion Society Web Site.
